CAMIS is issuing a challenge to our friends, family and community, to rise from the couch, put down our fast food and put our bodies to work.

Beginning January 14th, and lasting for 16 weeks, we will be challenging individuals, families and teams to push themselves toward a goal of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. If you are planning to enter a team, get five co-workers or friends together and come up with a team name. Teams are made up of six people, no more....no less!!
